Refund Policy

Last updated: 13 May 2026

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to the Initial Expert Consultation (the "Consultation") sold by BlackWin for a fee of US$250, and to any subsequent engagement explicitly described as refundable in its written scope of work.

2. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund of the US$250 Consultation fee at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, provided the Consultation session has not yet begun. A session is deemed to have begun once the consultant has joined the scheduled video conference at the agreed time, regardless of whether the client also joins.

3. After the Consultation Begins

Once the Consultation session has commenced, the fee is non-refundable, as services have been substantively rendered. The written follow-up summary will be delivered to you within 48 hours regardless.

4. Failure to Attend (No-Show)

If the client fails to attend the scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' notice of rescheduling, the session is treated as rendered and the fee is non-refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be granted at the consultant's discretion.

5. Service Failure

If BlackWin is unable to deliver the Consultation due to consultant unavailability and cannot offer a reschedule within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund irrespective of the 14-day window.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent in writing to suierqa@gmail.com with the original payment confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Subsequent Engagements

Visa preparation, residency, company formation and relocation engagements are governed by the refund terms set out in their individual Scope of Work documents, which prevail over this policy where they conflict.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including the Polish Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
